Door slams or won’t close
A leaking or out-of-adjustment closer. We adjust, repair or replace it with the right size and arm.
Closers, exit devices, levers, locks and electrified hardware are the moving parts of every opening. We repair, replace and upgrade commercial door hardware, and install the electrified hardware that connects your doors to access control.

Most door problems are hardware problems. A worn closer slams the door or lets it drift open, a panic bar stops latching, a lever droops, or a cylinder won’t turn. We troubleshoot the whole opening, then repair or replace the right part, using hardware that matches the door’s function, fire rating and traffic.
On the electrified side we install and service electric strikes, electrified exit devices and trim, electrified locksets, magnetic locks, power transfers, door position switches and request-to-exit devices, coordinating with your access control or security integrator so the door, the hardware and the system work together.
Recent hardware work includes door closer replacement at Central Baptist College, Adams Rite lock and pivot repairs, and a convention center inspection that found leaking concealed closers needing replacement.
